while working on the PXA270 port these cleanups and updates of
header files piled up.

The PXA270 series I'm about to post depends on these patches.

The tags for the command line parameters are not used, so let's remove them:
- CMDLINE_TAG
- SETUP_MEMORY_TAGS
- INITRD_TAG

As Uwe pointed out indention with tabs isn't good in the long term. As
soon as a longer config option occurs the whole indention is broken again.

I'll convert the two files into a "just one space" style.
