[PATCH] Add device parameter convenience helpers

This series adds device parameter convenience helpers and uses them
where appropriate. We provide a helper for integers, bools and read
only integers.

The idea is to provide parameter functions which are passed a pointer
to the actual integer value and a printf format string. The get/set
callbacks are optional and are only used as a notifier for the driver
if a parameter is about to be read or written. The actual parameter
value is stored in the integer pointer provided to the parameter functions.
This way drivers no longer have to to integer <-> string conversions
and can be much simpler.

[PATCH 03/21] param: Add integer and boolean parameter helpers

This adds convenience functions for directly registering integers
and bools as device parameter. This way driver no longer have to
fiddle with string handling. The format used to print the parameter
is passed to the functions to be able to print parameters in a
flexible way.

[PATCH 06/21] net: store ethernet device parameters in device

Rather than storing the parameters globally and trying to keep them
in sync with the device parameters, store the parameters in the ethernet
device directly. Also, update to dev_add_param_ip().

I think we need to change it to:

return 0;

without condition.

The reason is that we are already in the truth "allow_erasebad" part after
the check of (!mtd->p_allow_erasebad).
The branch on (!mtd->allow_erasebad) is will never reach and we need to
print out the dev_warn when (mtd->allow_erasebad) is turning on?

I think we can drop this condition here.

When we drop the condition we get this message everytime we do
nand0.erasebad=1. I only want to have it once when it is enabled
(and was disabled before).
