This patchseries introduce simple PCI bus support for barebox.

Previous (RFC v2) version can be found here:

TODOs for RFC v3:

  * no PCI bridges support;
  * introduce dma_alloc_coherent();
  * introduce pci_resource_start();
  * introduce pci_iomap();
  * introduce pci_set_master() & pci_clear_master();
  * clean '#if 0'.
