Dear Lucas

I'm a bit confused about the barebox support for the rapsberrypi 3 series.

I found the patch [1] and also the documentation [2] suggests support 
for raspberrry 3, however it only creates an image for the pi1 and pi2.

I also checked out the git logs and couldn't find any source of the 
patch, do you know about the state, and why it didn't find its way?

Indeed, the patch series was never applied. The last state of discussion
was that Sascha mentioned that one of the patches broke some defconfigs
[1], to which Lucas apparently sent a fixup [2]. After that, I cannot
find any further discussion.

Sascha, Lucas, what is the state here? Should the series be resent?

There are some small issues with this series that I need to fix. As the
RPi3 support was/is an idle task for me it always gets pushed down the
priority list. I'll try to get off my arse and fix the remaining issues
this week.
