[PATCH] images: update gitignore for imx signed images

[Rouven Czerwinski]

Makefile.imx uses the .simximg und .usimximg extensions for signing of
the images. Remove the unused .imximx.signed and also add the .csfbin
files generated by the NXP CST tool.
