[PATCH v2 0/6] commands: implement of_compatible command

This enables scripts to do:

  if of_compatible -k radxa,rock3a radxa,rock5a ; then
    of_property -df mmc0 sd-uhs-sdr104
  fi

instead of checking $global.model. See individual patches for changelog.
