does barebox have a command to erase /dev/self0, or i have to erase flash by other tools

That's exactly the purpose of this device. Like Uwe said, if /dev/self0
is on flash you have to erase it first.

The command to erase /dev/self0 is 'erase /dev/self0' ;)

You might have to do a 'unprotect /dev/self0' aswell if your device
is protected (some NOR flash)

there is also :
update -t barebox
which should do all the operation alone.

This should work, you might have to erase /dev/self0 first though. You
can even test without writing to flash by adding a partitioning to
/dev/ram, tftp into a partition and then go $startaddressofpartition.
