Subject: [OT?] recommendation for barebox-compatible MIPS dev kit?
Date: Sun, 13 May 2012 12:29:59 -0500 (CDT)	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <alpine.DEB.2.02.1205131226070.24397@oneiric> (raw)

hoping this isn't stupidly off-topic but i'm looking for a current
MIPS development kit i can use in a classroom setting that also plays
well with barebox. i'm teaching an embedded linux class later this
summer, and for the MIPS platform, we're using the "end of lifed"
routerstation pro, which will work just fine but i'm on the lookout
for a newer dev kit.

any suggestions? i really want something in the beagle/panda price
range (<$200) since i want to include the kit as part of the student
registration fee so students can keep the kit after the course.

  thoughts? thanks for any pointers.
