[DistroKit] [PATCH 13/15] v7a: image-vexpress: slim down image

We don't need the whole 1 GiB image, the rootfs is only about 50 MiB in
size. Slim the image down to 64 MiB rootfs + 63 MiB data and 1 MiB of
padding at the end to keep the kernel happy.
