[DistroKit] [PATCH v1] rauc-udev: add entry for TQ MBa8MPxL board

It looks like I missed this little snippet that is required for
installing RAUC updates on the TQ MBa8MPxL when mainlining the
rest of the board support in[1].

Add the missing udev rule so we can use rauc install on this board.

With this entry the /dev/disk/by-usage/rootfs0 and /dev/disk/by-usage/rootfs1
device links are created, that are required to install RAUC updates on this
board.
