[DistroKit] [PATCH 5/6] kernel: remove forked recipe

Our changes from BSP commit 973abf2fd9b1 were backported from PTXdist
commit 844408110d04 ("kernel: backport modules.builtin.modinfo
permission fix"), which was merged in PTXdist 2026.01.0.
