By decreasing the systemd loglevel to "warning", the journal no longer
contains useful lines like which units were started and stopped when,
which is quite sparse information for debugging. Remove the
systemd.log_level option from all kernel command lines so that systemd
defaults to loglevel "info", same as loglevel=5 for kernel messages.
Keep the systemd.show_status option on "auto" so that systemd only
produces console output when the boot takes a significant amount of
time or produces error messages; so in effect this commit only changes
the verbosity of the journal, not the console.

For debugging, you can override the loglevel, e.g. in barebox with:
nv linux.bootargs.loglevel=""
In the normal case, less output = more chance to spot new boot warnings/
errors, so I'd prefer we leave that as-is.

With the current state in DistroKit of systemd.log-level=warning, info
messages and below don't even make it into the journal. With
systemd.show_status=auto on the kernel command line, systemd is still
quiet on the console (i.e., fast) until a unit fails or there is a
significant delay in boot, which probably does what you wanted?
